I was very surprised how quickly they responded and had my generator installed and running. They gave me the best quote and more surprisingly the quote I was given at the time of my estimate never changed through out the job. I highly recommend North Texas Generators. I pura maintenance plan with them as well and I look forward to continuing business.

I highly recommend North Texas Generators for all your generator needs! They installed a generator for me at my place of business they were prompt, courteous and always willing to answer my calls (unlike some other companies) and was patient with my many questions. I was worried the installation might interrupt my customers but there were no issues. I went with them bc they had the lowest quote and everything went perfectly smooth. I will definitely be calling them when I'm ready to have one installed at my home.

So I bought a house that had a generator installed by this company. However they never pulled the permits for their work. I found this out a year after i bought the house. The receipt says permits pulled however that was not the case. now 2 years later I am getting excuse after excuse and now ghosted no return of phone calls. If you do business with this company beware of this! They do not honor their word and will stop midway through their so called fix.

Comment: I had the best experience with these guys! They literally handled EVERYTHING from city permits to pulling bushes to make this possible for me. They had a solution for everything and made the whole process just really easy. This is the first time I've had a job done here at the house and my invoice didn't reflect an additional charge of some kind. It was nice.
